MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO BE ACCOMPLISHED:

？ Responsible for setup and optimization of molding process and supervising to ensure molding production stability and high quality level.
？ 负责注塑工艺的建立和优化，监督确保注塑生产的稳定性和高质量水平。
？ Actively troubleshoot quality related issues lead to a root cause analysis coupled with corrective action recommendations.
？ 积极解决与质量相关的问题，进行根本原因分析，并提出纠正措施。
？ Based on quality findings and improvement efforts, provide design suggestions which could improve product quality and offer potential cost reductions.
？ 根据质量检测和改进工作，提供可提高产品质量并降低潜在成本的设计建议。
？ Member of project and support project team for any related duties as production trial run, technical issues analysis, training and reporting etc. ……
？ 作为项目和项目支持团队成员，负责试产、技术问题分析、培训和报告等相关工作。
？ Monitoring of daily production operation according to PCN and related guide lines and procedures and daily report responsible.
？ 根据PCN及相关准则和程序对日常生产运行情况进行监控，负责日常报告。
？ Manage transitions of plastic tooling from one supplier to another.
？ 管理塑胶工具从一个供应商到另一个供应商的转移
？ Manage projects, provide estimates, and cost analysis, manage the related molding tooling, related document.( injection data sheet, PFMEA,PMP, quality standard…….)
？ 管理项目，提供估算和成本分析，管理相关注塑模具，相关文件（注塑数据表，PFMEA，PMP，质量标准......）
？ Initiate and update Routing (molding) data.
？ 发起和更新路由（注塑）数据。
？ Continuous improvement for mold tooling and molding process.
？ 模具和注塑工艺的持续改进。
？ Lean tools implementation; launch the TPM, SMED, QRQC, A3 project.
？ 精益工具的实施；开展TPM，SMED，QRQC，A3项目。
？ Lead injection team for further improvement in technology.
？ 带领注塑团队进一步改进技术。
？ Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
？ 执行主管指派的其他工作任务。
EDUCATION (Qualifications obtained in the course of formal education and/or training) 教育/培训:
College degree or above major at mechanical / electrical engineering
大专或以上学历，机械或电气工程专业
EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: 工作经验和所需知识:
？ Above 5 years working experience in plastic injection molding process and process set-up availability.
？ 5年以上注塑工艺和工艺设定的工作经验。
？ Above college degree major in mechanical or automation or related industries.
？ 大专以上学历，机械或自动化相关专业。
？ Be familiar with FANUC/NISSEI molding machine operation, process set up and maintenance available.
？ 熟悉发那科/日精注塑机的操作，工艺流程的建立和维护
？ Be familiar with injection mold tool structure and tool assembly, knowledge of tool maintenance.
？ 熟悉注塑模具结构和备件装配，熟悉备件维护知识。
？ Be familiar with Auto CAD and Pro-E software.
？ 熟练使用Auto CAD和Pro-E软件。
？ Working independently for trouble shooting, and has team work spirit.
？ 能够独立解决问题并具有团队合作精神。
