1.0 工作职责/Job Responsibilities
1.1 保持检验区域整洁，管理样板。
Maintain cleanliness and organization in QC areas, make sure all of the products are properly identified.
1.2 负责组内人员的日常工作安排和人员管理，检查、监督、培训检验员工作。
Responsible for the daily work arrangement and QC personnel management, reviewing and training of QC.
1.3 负责检验并对检验的不良品进行确认并进行反馈、协助工程师追踪及跟进处理结果。
Responsible inspection and confirm the defect products, support QE to follow up the disposition.
1.5 监督检验员实际工作状态及报告记录完整准确性。
Check the work status of QC and make sure inspection report is accurate and complete.
1.6 维护、更新样板及检查指引。
Maintain and update the samples and Audit instruction to make sure they are latest.
1.7 完成上级领导安排的其他工作。
Other tasks assigned by management team.

2.0 任职资格/Job Qualification
2.1 高中或以上学历。
Middle school or above.
2.2 1年以上电子产品或灯具品质检验经验。
Quality inspection experience in electronic or lighting for more than 1 years
2.3 熟练操作办公软件。
Skillful in computer office software.
2.4 具备基本英语知识，能看懂英文图纸
Basic English knowledge and able to read English drawings.
2.5 有较强的书面和口头表达能力，沟通能力强、原则性强。
Skillful in written and oral expression, strong communication skills and strong principles.
