Responsibilities:
? Collaboration with team on technical development of electronic toys and electronic products.
? Review and analyze customer’s designed files to ensure production feasibility.
? Develop and maintain project schedule, include analyze and control product cost (such as material and components), mold lead time, production lead time.
? Has vast knowledge of material and component development with the ability to innovate, source and develop into new materials and components.
? Coordinate with suppliers to provide technical solutions on manufacturing issues, ensure product quality.
? Manage product testing timeline and protocols to ensure all product meets or exceeds testing requirements relevant to each product and use.
? Research and develop new materials or components to drive innovation initiatives with suppliers.

Qualifications and Skills:
? With education above undergraduate degree.
? With 5-7years engineer experience of electronic toys/electronics products export.
? Good at developing new electronic toys and electronic products and factory manufacturing.
? Vast Knowledge of the protocols and regulations of Europe and America for electronic toys and electronic products testing.
? Extensive knowledge of materials and component sourcing and development
? With a good knowledge of Microsoft office 365 tools like outlook, excel, word, power point and 3D CAD drawing software.
? Excellent English communication skills.
? Have strong sense to teamwork and responsibilities.
? Good ability to Anti-Stress and work independently.
? Flexible for business trip.
