PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Ensure Safety and Quality reach company requirements; Execute RM and product RSL Compliance and EHS plans, and accountable for performances of quality workforce
2. Develop new product or define new ways to use-up as much scrap material/recycle material into production
3. Lead process scale trial process between NPI and mass production，fine-tine recipe and set reasonable process parameter for product transfer case
4. Develop testing methods and instrument requirements for the recycle materials
5. Develop clear quality control and production process of operation procedures for using recycle materials
6. Manager total recycling process including subcontractor recycling process to ensure it fulfill quality &RSL requirement
7. Support recycling BOM management
8. Implement and continuously improve Operations Excellence system.
9. Work closely with Production, purchasing, Technical, and Business Support to ensure plant delivers its overall goals
10.Share experience and train up others
11.Lead and motivate the customers to achieve recycling the materials

3) Knowledge/experience
Polymer material/process or chemical engineering or technical background, master or above.
Min 10 years relevant hands-on experience, proven track record on process improvement
Familiar with polymer material extrusion/injection process and quality management system
Understanding the sustainability, GRS, Recycle concept
6 sigma or Project experience will be an advantage.
