Job responsibility :
1-Manage tests reports (Chemical & Physical performance):
2-Manage sustainability:Insure the traceability of products,
3-Communicate with suppliers on SOP:
1）Explain SOP and rules to all suppliers
2）Explain ReFashion requirement to all suppliers

4-Coordinate information between supplier, buying team:
1）Support Developer/Merchandiser team to understand testing rules
2）Support Developer/Merchandiser team during style review, to reduce testing risk on production

5-Collaborate with head office:
1）Participate to establish new test SOP and standard before new season.
2）Ensure SOP is well applied by laboratory and data well completed.

6-Management :
1）Follow global performance of department with KPI
2）Organize weekly meeting with the team.

JR:
1-Five years relevant working experience in footwear or apparel industry. could be testing or merchandising function.
2-Good English capacity and communication skills
3-Familiar with European testing standard such as REACH/RSL.
