Under the functional responsibility of Testing manager & operational responsibility of Category Director, to work with suppliers, factories, laboratories and merchandisers for shoes, textile and accessories.
JD:
1，Lead testing team to manage the daily tests reports (Chemical & Physical performance)
2，Ensure the traceability of products, collecting data in following subjects:
1) LCA data from Factories
2) Origin of cotton, leathers,…
3) Deploy projects with suppliers: EIM scores, Environmental label
3，Coordinate information between supplier, buyer:
1) Support Developer/Merchandiser team during style review, to reduce testing risk on production
2) Coordinate information process between supplier and laboratory regularly to know new principle and law about Europe market.
3) Be sensitive on some risky material and build up risky material database.
4) Make a special follow-up and training for recurring issues
5) Do random test on failed point on bulk production before shipment
4，Collaborate with head office:
1) Participate to establish new test SOP and standard before new season.
2) Ensure SOP is well applied by laboratory and data well completed.
3) Visiting lab regularly and discuss the different test method.
JR:
1, Five years relevant working experience in footwear or apparel industry.
