岗位职责：
1. 负责新产品导入阶段的统筹管理、确保项目进度、质量和成本达到预期目标；
Responsible for the overall management of NPI stage, and ensure that the project schedule, quality and cost reach the expected target.
2.制定新产品导入计划、协调资源、确保各部门之间的顺畅沟通；
Develop NPI plan, coordinate resources and ensure smooth communication between departments.
3. 负责新产品的工艺流程设计、工装夹治具需求分析以及生产测试设备的选型与验收；
Responsible for new product process design, fixture demand analysis and production test equipment selection and acceptance.
4.组织新产品试产、分析试产过程中的问题、提出改进措施并跟进实施结果；
Organize the trial production of new products, analyze the problems in the trial production process, propose improvement measures and follow up the implementation results.
5.对新产品导入过程中的技术难点进行攻关、对团队提供技术支持方案；
Tackled technical difficulties in the process of NPI and provided technical support to the team.
6. 制定并执行下属员工培训计划，提升团队技术水平；
Developed and implemented staff training plans to improve the technical level of the team.
7. 积极配合上司交待的其它日常工作。
Actively cooperate with other daily work assigned by the PD supervisor.
岗位要求：
1. 专科或以上学历，电子、机械、工业工程等相关专业；
College degree or above, major in electronic, mechanical, industrial engineering or related.
2. 5年以上NPI相关经验，3年以上团队管理经验；
At least 5 years NPI related experience, at least 3 years team management experience.
3. 熟悉新产品导入流程、生产工艺，具备较强的沟通协调能力；
Familiar with new product introduction process, production process, with strong communication and coordination ability.
4. 英语听说读写流利，具备较强的问题分析及解决能、较强的客户判断力。
Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, strong ability to analyze and solve problems, strong customer sense.
