工作职责Job Responsibilities
1． 筹备与建立微生物实验室
Preparation and establishment of microbiology laboratory
2． 开发测试能力，并取得ISO 17025认可和授权签字人资格
Develop testing capabilities and obtain ISO 17025 accreditation and authorized signatory
3． 管理实验室的日常运作
Manage the daily operation in the laboratory
4． 持续完善和发展微生物测试方法及流程
Continuously improve and develop microbiological testing methods and processes
5． 为内部人员或外部提供技术支持与培训
Provide technical support and training to internal staff or external parties
6． 上级安排的其他任务
Other tasks assigned by superiors
任职要求Required Skills & Qualification
1． 微生物相关专业本科毕业
Bachelor's degree or above in microbiology-related majors
2． 有5年以上第三方检测实验的微生物检测工作经验，3年以上实验室管理经验；
5+ years of work experience in microbiological testing and 3+ years of laboratory management experience in third-party testing agency
3． 熟悉CMA及CNAS等实验室认可工作
Familiar with CMA and CNAS laboratory accreditation
4． 熟悉消费品微生物测试和防腐效能测试（包括但不限于USP 51/61/62等），并具备相关测试的开发能力
Familiar with microbiological testing and preservative efficiency testing (including but not limited to USP 51/61/62, etc.) for consumer product, and able to develop related tests.
5． 较强的监督和沟通能力
Strong supervisory & communication skills
6． 具有积极主动、有组织性和独立态度的团队合作精神
Team player with proactive, organized and independent attitude
7． 能够在紧迫的期限和压力下工作，并具有良好的解决问题的能力
