1. Direct report to Head of Vendor Management Team. 2. Manage vendor base to assure products can be delivered with optimum cost, quality and service. 3. Work closely with internal teams to ensure supplier has complied with Jaz requirements, capacity and capabilities, quality, compliance procedure and standard. 4. Establish tools to improve vendor performance.
Duties:
1. Manage a planner team for order scheduling commitment, and onsite PMC team for tracking and monitoring vendor’s production status. 2. Give the team direction and guide the team in daily operation. 3. Support the team head in team strategy and enhance the core value policy. 4. Develop and improve end-to-end vendor management process and tools (KPI process, Excess Inventory Exposure/Close Out process, Deposit process, MA process, Penalty/Airfreight approval process, etc.). 5. Manage the Vendor relationship and oversight vendor related activities, reports to managements on outstanding issues.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor’s degree holder or above, preferably in Supply Chain management, Business Management, or relevant discipline. 2. Minimum 8 years of experience in Demand Planning/ Supply Planning/ Inventory Planning, preferrable in toys industry. 3. Detailed oriented and sensitive to figures, well organized and able to work independently. 4. Strong analytical, root cause analysis and problem-solving skills 5. Work independently, self-motivated with positive attitude and mindset and willing to take challenge. 6. High adaptability and ability to work in cross functional capacity. 7. Familiar with MS Excel and experience in Demand/ Supply planning system is an advantage. 8. Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English. 9. Frequent travel is required.
