Key Responsibilities
？ Regular visit supplier to evaluate the manufacturing process, production capacity and process control
？ To work with appointed factory, supplier, manufacturer for VE/2nd source project development within the given task and timeline.
？ Manage and verify the different phase gate documents and data sheet such as drawing, CPK, Process Control Plan and others relevant document.
？ Determine supplier capabilities versus product specification
？ Provide technical and manufacturing support to the supplier
？ Developing supplier capability plan with cross functional team such as Sourcing, Engineering and SQE
？ Leading supplier execute improvement plan on capability and productivity
？ Conduct supplier onsite visit to ensure schedule target are being met, and lead in the resolution of issue that are encountered.
？ Update program progress status, identify and track action item; generate report to update management.
Person Specifications

？ Degree holder in mechanical engineering, material science or equivalent
？ Minimum 3 years working experience with related field
？ Experience in handling project transfer especially over Asian.
？ Able to travel in China and oversea
？ Station in Thailand
？ Good communication skill with English / Chinese language
？ Work independently
？ Experience in leading process improvement is add advantage
？ Experiences in machining
？ Experiences in manufacturing management
？ Specialist in mechanical technology is add advantage
？ Automation knowledge is add advantage
？ Good English writing and oral English is preferred.
