What You Will Do 1.Lead VAS project NPI activities at DG plant per BU program manager’s direction. 2.Work on MFG cost for VAS RFQ projects. 3.Support cost saving activities 4.Remove the barrier, risk accessment in advance. 5.Escalate any potential major delay and follow up necessary actions needed so as to ensure project delivery completed on time 6.Act as DG contact interface for BU function team. 7.Commit to PBM principle and implement, ensure to be more contribution motivated. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) 1.University degree preferably in Engineering or Business. 2.5 years or more 5 years experience in project management in OEM customers. 3.Strong leadership with perseverance and cooperation. 4.Strong ownership with commitment, drive and execution. 5.Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 6.Good communication skills.
