Otto International is seeking for a proactive, solution-driven and service-oriented QA Technician to join our Dongguan team. You will maintain and improve the quality standard of apparel products. You will also provide technical support from sample to production and meet customer standards and requirements.

How will you make a difference?
Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, merchandising, QC and fabric team with regards to product quality
Provide technical advice and recommend corrective actions on technical issues to suppliers/ customers
Inspect and comment on samples (counter, size set and pre-production samples) with regards to workmanship, measurements and fitting
Keep internal system updated
Conduct PP meeting with factory and related department for critical items
Visit factories/suppliers when necessary
Conduct final approval in the market on behalf of customer

Who are we looking for?
Diploma or Degree holder preferably in Textile, Clothing or related discipline like; Graduate of a Technical Institute on garment construction or pattern making
5 years of Apparel QA experience, preferably working with lingerie and swimwear products
Knowledge of garment construction or pattern making
Ability to work independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision
Good analytical and communication skills
PLM Knowledge is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office - Excel, Office 365 and SharePoint
Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
Capable of executing 3D simulations and modifying paper patterns in 3D
