Job Responsibilities 岗位职责 1. Prepare the University’s calendar and academic activities. 根据教学活动,编制校历、周历; 2. Provide administrative support to students in their major or minor selection, credit transfer, and other academic affairs to fulfill their curriculum requirements. 负责处理学生专业申报、学分转移等涉及课程行政服务类工作事务; 3. Consolidate and conduct different kinds of student records and reports for university administration purposes. 负责学生学籍表等各种报表的撰写与上报; 4. Manage student records. Assist in maintaining students’ status, including suspension of study and update of student status in the system. 负责管理学生学籍、办理学生休学等有关学籍、注册资料维护的手续; 5. Collect course examination results and provide statistical analysis of the results. 负责收集、登记、统计分析课程成绩; 6. Manage different documents of the Office and effectively distribute them to the related units. 负责各类通知文件、公文的收发和档案管理; 7. Participate and assist in the academic affairs of the establishment of CityU (DG), and complete other tasks assigned by the supervisors. 参与及协助香港城市大学(东莞)设立过程中有关教务事务的相关工作,并完成部门领导安排的其他工作。 Requirements 任职要求 · Full-time bachelor’s degree or above. 全日制本科或以上学历; · 5 years of administration experience. Working experience in a higher education institution is preferred. 5年相关工作经验,在高等教育机构具有教务工作经验者优先考虑; · Excellent in English and Chinese communication and computer skills. 优秀的中英文表达能力和电脑操作技能; · Keen to help, easy to work with, pay attention to the details, and can deliver satisfying work results under tight deadlines. 具有亲和力,善于沟通和协作,注重细节,以确保在时间框架内高质量的完成任务。 此岗位需要英文面试+笔试
