Responsibilities: - Provide effective leadership and guidance to all Quality Teams in China, ensuring strict adherence to the organization's quality standards and compliance protocols. - Analyze monthly end customer claim list and feed back to all quality team for quality improvement. - Conduct quality meetings with office quality teams to identify quality issues and take immediate actions to address the issues when needed. - Follows customer guideline and working with Quality teams on the customer’s changes and ensuring all updates to be fully compliance and continuous improvement of our product development. - Identify process and product weaknesses through cross reference between customer claims and final inspection defects & initiate QAs to work on continuous improvement at the process. - Work closely with the Central Quality Team on quality improvement activities and new requirements.
Requirements: - Degree in, Engineering, Quality Management or with relevant qualification or work experiences - Quality management role of at least 10 years - Possess knowledge in related industry knowledge (Furniture materials/Building material). - Good understanding of industrial standards(furniture: EN, BS, ASTM and AS/ Building) Good to have: - Knowledge of Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) - Knowledge on REACH chemical requirement - Certification in Statistical tools - ISO 9001-2015 Internal Auditor Certification - Good people management skills,positive mindset and desire to learn - Great communication and interpersonal skills, both internally and externally - Strong project management skills with a result driven approach - Analytical skills with a sound business judgement, solution-oriented and good problem-solving skills proactive, commercial mindset and a proactive service minded attitude to create solutions - Proficient in Microsoft office-Word, Excel, PowerPoint & systems - Strong verbal and written English and local language
