Job responsibilities：
1.Lead customer application development with P1 projects (New Project) development or P0 projects (mass production product VAVE, design change products, etc) in compliance with performance objectives.
2.Ensure flawless production and perfect new project launches associated ***/P0 Project development completed in Competence/Development Center.
3.Ensure P0/P1 Project performance from quality and cost perspective.
4.Manage operationally project launches.
5Manage functionally and operationally P0/P1 Project Team with function contributors .
6.Manage communication with Clients on Project development progress.
Work experience：
1.Knowledge of Automotive development (5/7 years).
2.Get successful development experience as Process Engineering team member and/or Production and /or Logistic (3/5 years).
3.Good English.
