Specific Responsibilities:
61 Support and grow our RC/Robotics/Boys/Activities/Games/Girls & Preschool business.
61 To work with vendors and Headquarter on the product design to hit the target cost.
61 Handle the consigned material and special components sourcing and cost negotiation.
61 Assist sourcing, MOQ and cost negotiation on new material.
61 Provide technical support and debug as needed.
61 Provide support to the internal group on any production output issues and material authorization review.
61 Monitor the schedule and on-site support from development start to OBS.
61 Provide manufacturing support as needed after Production Start.
61 Perform ad hoc assignments as requested.


Required Skill Set:
61 Able to review 3D models and provide design input thru DFMEA/DFM/DFA;
61 Understand injection molding tool construction and molding parameters;
61 Able to troubleshoot injection molding defects and provide corrective actions;
61 Understand surface decoration like spray painting, tampo printing, heat transfer;
61 Understand assembly process like ultrasonic welding, gluing, heat staking;
61 Possesses strong troubleshooting skill and familiar with Fishbone Diagram, 5 WHY analysis, Defect Mapping, DOE analysis;
61 Ability to provide risk assessment and mitigation plan;
61 Very hands on and data driven;
61 Strong project management skill and communication skill;
61 Able to conduct and chair meeting thru Zoom or video conference;
61 Able to transform vision into clear strategy, goal and objectives;
61 Familiar with licensed product process and approval;
61 Able to work from concept drawing through development until production;
61 Possesses superior problem-solving skills, and independent decision-making abilities, all while operating in an extremely demanding, fast-paced team setting;
61 Has knowledge in the toys industry standards for different countries;
61 Communications skills in English is a must and Mandarin/Cantonese is an added advantage.

Required Qualifications & Experience
61 Position Locate in Vietnam office and willing to work in Vietnam.
61 Bachelor’s degree in mechanical /Electrical Engineering or related discipline;
61 At least 6-8 years’ experience in the toy industry or consumer electronics products and handled project independently for at least 5 years;
61 Multi-national company experience is a must;
61 Has knowledge in toy industry standards for different age group;
61 Able to make frequent trips to suppliers as required.
