Job Description - Executes the overall account strategy to support incremental sales for Medium to high viscosity fluid handling equipment and handling systems and services to customers. - Builds and promotes strong, long-lasting customer relationships. - Designs and implements a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures it’s a strong presence. - Identifies emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. - Presents sales, revenue, and expenses and realistic forecasts to the supervisor. - Supports commercial as well as technical issues with customers/business partners. - Handles the tendering process and technical & commercial proposal and negotiation of commercial contracts. Job Requirements - Degree holder in Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent. - 5 - 7 years of business development or sales experience, with at least 3 years of experience in China and international engineering sales. - Experience in the field of fluid dispensing and electrical engineering will be an advantage. - Self-motivated, strong analytical skills with business acumen. - Good team player and willing to devote to the work. - Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin. - Proficient in computer applications, Salesforce, strong presentation skills. - Willing to travel in support of business opportunities.
