Job Summary and Key Objectives 职位概述及关键目标 - Help Camfil to exploit the life science market in South China, and promote the sales performance in life science sector. 帮助康斐尔在华南区域开拓生命科学行业市场,提升该行业的销售业绩。 - Serve as an intermediary for solutions detailed understanding of customer’s business model and how Camfil’s products and services develop and deliver added value to the customer. 作为空气解决方案的提供者,需要详细了解客户的商业模式,以及如何开发康斐尔的产品和服务为客户提供高价值的解决方案。 Key Responsibilities 主要职责 - Be responsible for the data collection of relative customers in South China. 负责华南地区相关客户数据信息收集 - Actively visit potential customers to discover, develop and coordinate potential business opportunities. 积极拜访潜在客户,挖掘、发展和争取潜在的业务机会。 -Work with current customers and prospects to meet desired sales and service needs 满足现有客户和潜在客户预期的销售和服务需求。 -Develop sales plan and achieve the sales target in ME market. 制定所负责行业区域的销售计划并达成销售目标。 - Provide reliable rolling sales forecast. 提供可靠的滚动销售预测。 - Provide installation instructions and after sales service to the customers. 为客户提供售前技术方案沟通交流,以及售后的现场指导和服务。 Know-How 知识 - Bachelor Degree or above major in science and engineering. 本科以上学历,理工科为佳。 - Two to five years or above sales experiences in pharmaceutical,hospital sector. Knowledge about clean air process, or sales experience related to filtration products will be a plus. 两到五年制药、医院行业相关销售经验。了解空气洁净工艺,有过滤器产品销售经验优先。 - Connections in pharmaceutical,hospital sector, or pharmaceutical,hospital related engineering companies will be a plus. 在制药,医院行业,或者制药,医院相关工程公司有一定人脉关系优先。 Skills技能 -Background in on-site technical service and support is preferred. 有现场技术服务和支持背景优先。 -Good Communication skills 语言表述能力与沟通能力较好。 -Ability to structure, price, negotiate and close deals 组织、定价、谈判和完成交易的能力。 -Ability to read professional English materials. 具备一定专业类英语资料阅读能力。 -Strong troubleshooting skills 较强的问题解决能力。
