华南区FAE(Base in 东莞) Report to: Product Mgr. Essential Functions: NTW product launch representative for north/ south China, promote products to regional key customers in focus applications. Technical support for regional customers with sales team to provide NTW application information as a pre-sale service. Be able to drive customer design-in and provide suitable NTW product solutions according to current product portfolio. Collect voice of customer, assist PM in identifying genuine customer need and pain point to address a future product development. Analyze and filter sales opportunities by customer requirements/ product strategy/ comparative advantages for further operation. Maintain the relationship with sales team and channels to create more valuable demand. Drive regional business an organic and sustainable growth. Track project status by cooperating with sales and muti-functional team to keep regional key projects on track. Participant marketing activities (Road show/ exhibition/ innovation day/ conference…) and create related documents to promote NTW product. Carry out product training internally/externally. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business education. Master’s degree preferred. 5+ years of industry experience in engineering or technical business development for automotive interconnect solutions. Technical understanding of vehicle electrical architecture in the transportation industry. Knowledge and experience in automotive high-speed data connectivity and interconnect market. Capacity to develop sound points of views on technology, product, customers, competitors and market trends and action them into strategies for growth in China market. Working experience in a global, diversity and multiple group is preferred. Ability to travel to coordinate regional programs deployment.
Skills and Abilities: Technical knowledge and skills as CAD, CATIA, ProE is preferred. Interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Practical experience on handling complex task with proper solution. Economic thinking and Customer orientation. Willingness to embrace a challenge process by raising creative ideas and solutions. Self-motived, good pressure handling. Fluent in Chinese and English.
