About the job: 1 Manage the implementation and execution of quality system, guiding other department to follow sytem request 2 Work as owner to coordinate and supervise the work of all departments to make sure sytem runs fluently. 3 In charge of new quality system planning and implementation. 4 In charge of third party and customer audits planning,reception, follow up corrective actions and effectiveness. 5 As leader, internal audit planing, coordination, excuation and follow up corrective actions and effectiveness. 6 Quality cost collection(COPQ), analysis and summary and drive continuous improvement 7 Document control to make sure newest version of document in place and being implemented 8 Identify potential loophole from system level, and drive improvement sysmatically 9 Customer questionnaire summary 10 Take lead to solve quality problems found from the line and FQA with cross-function team 11 Work out related inspection WI and documentation such as control plan, etc 12 Take lead customer complaints, draft report and assist CQE to solve customer complaints 13 Deeply involve in qualification of new products, new equipment, tools, process etc, and provide deliverable 14 Other tasks manager assigned
About you: 1 Above 3 years experience in related quality fields 2 Bachlors' degree or above 3 Good communication and organizing ability 4 Familiar with 8D and IATF/TS 5 tools 5 Familiar with basic statistics tools as CPK, quality 7 tools, etc 6 Good planning and aligns, time management 7 Drives result and action oriented 8 Fluent English in listening, speaking, writing and reading, can basic English oral communication
