Job summary: Responsible for the recruitment of employees at different levels to achieve the recruitment target.
Responsibilities: 1. Arrange and manage recruitment activities to ensure the establishment of effective talent pipeline. 2. Establish and maintain a solid recruitment network and ensure good relationships with agencies to further support the organization in attracting talent. 3. Effective use of recruitment websites to find qualified candidates. Regularly evaluate the effectiveness and ensure the recruitment channels can meet requirements. 4. Conduct CV screening and interview, and provide professional consultation to the department to make final hiring decision. 5.Investigate and understand the labor market to support the company in formulating the appropriate employment policies. 6. Deal with other assignments assigned by superior.
Qualification: 1. Bachelor degree or above. 2. At least 4 years of recruitment related work experience. 3. Able to execute recruitment activities independently. 4. Enthusiasm, good at communication and team work. 5. Good command of English in reading, writing, listening and speaking.
