Position Summary

As a Principle/Senior Project Engineer, the candidate will work with a broad range of cross functional teams driving NPD, Productivity, Technology projects globally. The candidate will schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all the technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.

Person Specifications

1. B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or related fields.
2. Strong communication skills in written & spoken English.
3. Minimum 3-7 years project management experience in a non-standard/custom automation and/or test environment. Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
4. Experience in automation system, mechanical & electronic machine development life cycle.
5. Strong analytical skills, knowledge, and experience in process evaluation tools: Design of Experiments (DOE), PFMEA, DFMEA, statistical data analysis, risk analysis, flow layout and other related engineering tools.
6. Knowledge on production output, yield, and quality control methodology.
7. Experience on driving equipment standards is a plus.
8. Preferred knowledge in Lean & Six Sigma.
9. Preferred experience or interest in data analytics.
10. Preferred experience with advanced control systems used to automate manufacturing processes including pneumatics used in motion control, programmable controllers, sensors, vision systems, and robotics.
