岗位职责：
1.收集相关信息，审查成本明细，并为客户和内部团队的要求准备报价。
Collect relevant information, review cost breakdowns and prepare quotations to clients for client and internal team requests.
2.独立维护非MP应收账款的清晰跟踪器，并提供高水平的详细信息，与财务、PMC和技术团队合作。根据该跟踪器向内部管理层和外部客户编制每周报告。
Independently maintain clear tracker of non-MP accounts receivables with high level of detail, working with finance, PMC, and technical teams to do so. Prepare weekly reports to management internally and to client externally based on this tracker.
3.与客户采购和项目管理团队保持密切联系，及时准确地推动应收账款周转。
Maintain close contact with client Purchasing and Project Management teams to drive timely and accurate accounts receivable turnover.
4.监控B2C渠道的产品库存，并准备月度销售报告。
Monitor B2C channels product stock and prepare monthly sales reports.
5.及时发布发票请求，并明确总结B2B和B2C渠道销售的月度销售收入。
Release invoice requests on time and clearly summarize monthly sales revenues for both B2B and B2C channel sales.
6.其他补充的日常工作职责，如创建ERP内部销售订单和采购请求，支持资本支出审计等。
Other supplemental routine job duties such as creating ERP internal sales orders and purchase requests, supporting capex audits, etc.
任职条件：
1.本科以上学历。
Bachelor's degree or above.
2.3-8年电子或时尚配饰制造经验。
3-8 years of experience in electronics or fashion accessories manufacturing.
3.较强的英语口语和高度熟练的书面英语。
Strong spoken English & highly proficient written English.
4.具备Microsoft Word、Excel和PowerPoint的能力。
Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
5.较强的逻辑和沟通能力。
Strong logic and communication skills.
