Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the daily management and maintenance of Amazon stores, including product listings, description editing, and image updates.
2. Monitor and analyze store sales data, adjust sales strategies promptly to improve store sales and rankings.
3. Manage and optimize product listings to ensure the effectiveness of keywords and product descriptions.
4. Handle store advertising promotions, including keyword ads, product promotions, etc., optimizing advertising effectiveness.
5. Address customer inquiries, order issues, and after-sales service to enhance customer satisfaction.
6. Track and comply with Amazon policies and rules to prevent adverse effects on the store.
7. Regularly prepare operational reports, analyzing market trends and competitor dynamics.

Position Requirements:

1. Associate degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields.
2. At least 2 years of experience in Amazon or other e-commerce platform operations.
3. Familiar with Amazon platform rules and operational techniques, with some data analysis skills.
4. Good English communication skills for effective written and verbal interaction.
5. Strong interest in e-commerce and online marketing, with innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
6. Proficient in office software such as Excel, Word, etc.
7. Good teamwork spirit and the ability to work independently.
