Key Responsibilities:
1、Leading Mechanical Team resolve customer requirement
2、SMPS Housing and internal structure design review
3、Co-work with cross functional team
4、Products development in mechanical design of switching power supply
5、Review ID and product specifications, Check 3D/2D drawing
6、Design DFM review and qualification
7、Prototype and hardware performance evaluation
8、Review engineering verification test and design verification test
9、Engineering resource allocation
10、Support sales and business team for RFI and RFQ

Requirements:
1、Degree holder in02Mechanical Engineering
2、Experience in design of plastic and metal parts for mass production, intended for products with stringent reliability and/or safety test requirements.
3、Expertise in the areas of: GD&T, Tolerance Analysis, Statistical Analysis, Design of Experiments, FEA, Thermal Design and Material properties
4、Strong engineering logic and knowledge
5、SMPS experience02will be an added advantage
6、3 years experience in ME Team Leading
7、Fluency in written and spoken English
8、Willing to travel
9、Base in Dongguan factory
