Job summary:
As project quality engineer, to manage product quality through entire product life cycle.
Reporting to the Quality Manager.

Duties and responsibilities：
1. As core team member to join the new product introduction, provide contribution from measurement system evaluation, data analysis, quality planning, process capability study, etc.
2. Handling customer quality concerns, keep good communication with customer.
coordinate with cross function team to complete the quality relevant tasks.
3. Define and review inspection plan during pilot stage, come out control plan corresponding to PFMEA.
4. Handing customer complain and follow it up (Use CAR / 8D or other tools).
5. Lead and follow up process defect analysis and reporting.
6. Participants in process data monitoring and finish MSA/SPC/Process capability analysis.
7. Responsible for material issue (reject in production line) handling.
8. RMA handing: analysis, disposition and report result to customer.
9. Take lead customer process audit and list of problem closure.
10. Collect PPAP relevant documents, and ensure its effectiveness.
11. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirement：
1. Education: Bachelor or above; majority of mechanical engineering.
2. Industry experience: 5years plus of experience in cable/ wiring harness or connector manufacturing.
3. Quality experience: 5 years plus of experience as QE.
4. Skills:
Be familiar with quality system requirements: ISO9001, IATF16949;
Strong data analysis skill, Sigma Green belt is preferred;
On top of problem-solving tools, like 8D, 3L5Y, FTA, Cause and effect matrix.
5. Fluent English speaking.
