Responsibilities:
1. During the process of product development, work with factories on the status of sample development, take care of sample delivery and receipt.
在产品开发阶段，负责与工厂沟通、协调跟进产品打样并收发样品。
2. Assist team leader to review suppliers or factories‘samples, make comments on different samples, and send correct samples to customers timely. 协助拆装样品、检查、分析样品的性能并给予建议，经批准后寄送正确的样品给客人确定。
3. Follow up sample testing with labs. 与第三方测试实验室沟通，跟进产品测试情况，及时更新。
4. Work with Factories to monitor production schedule, production and shipment on time, update shipment summary.
了解工厂的生产计划与进度，保证产品准时出货, 及时更新产品出货情况。

Basic Qualifications
1. Has College degree and above. 大专学历以上。
2. Rather be interested in sourcing and merchandising in the trade company.
具备浓厚的从事采购与跟单工作的兴趣。
3. Could read, listen, write and spoken in English basically.
具备基本的英语听、说、读、写能力。
4. Self-motivated and Well-organized team player and work independently.
自我激励与组织能力强，能独立工作。
5. Be desired to learn new things and accept challenge, be optimistic, willing to work under pressure and have business trip.
