Key Responsibilities: 1. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations materials and other documents for senior management. 2. Support senior management schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements. 3. Travel Expense management for senior management. 4. Support and co-ordinate meeting, events, activities. 5. Support on visitors’ visa application process and coordination including invitation preparation, ensure the completion of application form. 6. Other assignment/tasks assigned by immediate manager. Requirements 1. Bachelor’s degree, English Major is preferred, good written and spoken English skills. 2. Minimum 1 year administration generalist experience in foreign company. 3. Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures in MNCs. 4. Excellent interpersonal skills and able to deal with all levels of personnel. 5. Team-player, service-oriented & detail-mined. 6. Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks. 7. Good learning ability & self-motivated. 8. High level integrity & positive thinking is essential. 9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
