General
Work with Global Quality Assurance, Product Development Engineer and factory to make safe products with high quality.
Specific Responsibilities
1. Identify product safety and potential compliance issue at early stage.
2. Drive high product quality to win positive customer review comments.
3. Provide input for Product Qualification Plan (PQP) and Critical to Quality (CTQ) revision.
4. Prepare Quality Control Plan (QCP) and Inspection Specification (IS) for each product.
5. Follow up product debug and qualification test.
6. Conduct Artwork Graphic review.
7. On-site support Production Polit line and review/validate check points.
8. Cooperate with SQE for Root cause analysis and corrective action plan (RCCP).
9. Follow up new regulation update, product impact and implementation.
10. Conduct new factory assessment.
11. Support Quality Manager to train and coach Junior QE and or QE.
12. May lead a team of QE/Junior QE for quality task on new product quality development and improvement.
Required Skill Set
1. Able to use some of quality tools, such as 8D, Cpk, FMEA, GR&R, etc.
2. Good project management skill.
3. Good English skill, both of writing and speaking.
4. Good computer skill, i.e. Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
Required Qualifications & Experience
1. Colleague Degree above.
2. At least 5 years working experience for toy or hardline product.
3. Familiar with international toy/sports product safety standard (physical, electrical & chemical such s ASTMF963, EN71, ISO 8124, EN62115, FCC, RED, etc.)
4. Good experience in production processes and quality control for plastic, electronic, fabric, etc.
5. Strong communication skills and coordination competency to work with team.
6. Able to independently handle quality activities for products with middle and high complexity.
