Duties & Responsibilities:
61 Quick respond to our Southern China customers
61 Always ready for offline technical support
61 Understanding client’s requirements, able to handle the issues independently and close the tickets on our HubSpot system
61 Working with GRL R&D colleagues from each corner of the world to support client’s customization requirements.

Position Requirements:
61 3-year work experience as an FAE in electronic testing field is a plus
61 Excellent negotiation, and communication skills in English and Mandarin
61 Strong adaptability, and hard work
61 Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
61 Highly motivated and target driven, can work independently yet also a good team-player
61 Bachelor degree in electronics
61 Strong and quick learning ability
