Job Summary 工作概述 Sales Engineer is responsible for exploring new sales opportunities,development new key end user and region dealers sales management towards specific territories in the specific industries and territories assigned by the executive. Reporting to Regional Sales Director. Base location: Guangzhou\Dongguan\Shenzhen 销售工程师负责在上级指定的行业和区域进行业务拓展,发现销售机会、完成新最终用户的开发及对区域经销商的日常销售管理。 汇报对象:区域销售总监 工作地点:广州\东莞\深圳均可 Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 主要的工作职责 1. Responsible for development and management South China region. 负责开发及管理华南地区:广东、广西、福建、云南、海南 2. Make and operate sales plan for target KA and achive the sale revenue correspondingly. 制定并且执行重点客户的销售计划,完成相应的具体销售目标 3. Do the sales forecast for the target KA and sales territory. 对所负责的大客户和销售区域,能够提供销售预测 4. Analysis of the sales work in related market and industries. 对相关行业的业务进展进行销售分析 5. Afford sales support and marketing activities to region dealer and end users. 给区域经销商及最终用户提供销售支持及市场活动 6. Afford professional sales training programs to region dealers and end users. 对区域经销商人员及相关最终用户进行专业销售及产品培训 7. Finish all the work assigned by Regional Sales Director. 完成区域销售总监交办的工作任务 8. Frequent business travels. 经常出差 Qualifications: 任职资格
Minimum 最基本的: 1. Education & Experience: 教育及经历: College degree and more than five years of hardware industry experiences,has the experience to dealer management and development end users. 大学学历; 5年以上五金行业销售经验,有经销商管理经验及最终用户开发经验 2. Skills: 技能: 1) Result –oriented , can be responsible for the sales targe. 结果导向型,能对销售结果负责 2) Has the skills to talk to the different people of different levels of end user. 具备和最终用户不同人员对话的能力 3) Has the skills to talk to the different people of different levels of dealers. 具备和经销商不同级别人员进行对话的能力 4) Knowledge of general office software(word,excel,PPT etc.). 基本办公软件的应用 5) Strong inside experience of sales preferred. 有强的销售实务经验的优先。 6) Work under pressure. 能够承受工作压力。 Preferred 优先考虑的: 1. Related hardware tools industry, abrasives, CNC tools,electrical materials sales experience. 有五金工具,磨料磨具,数控刀具,电工电料等行业销售经验 2. Familiarity with dealer sales and development end user. 熟悉经销商及最终用户销售 3. *** or *** is OK. 男女不限 4. Team spirits, hardwork, honest and hardworking, strong responsibilites. 具有团队合作精神,工作勤奋,诚实敬业,责任心强 5.
