Key Job Description: 1. Serves as the primary quality focal point between Sigma and the plastic supplier manufacturing facility; 2. Interface and execution of quality tools, methodologies and requirements are fully implemented and met; 3. Provide leadership and work with functional team in resolving supplier quality issues; 4. To lead and drive the supplier for continuous quality improvement processes ensuring the quality goals and expectations are met; 5. Evaluate supplier’s performance and provide feedback to core team. Develop and administer improvement programs; 6. Identification and mitigation of potential quality risks to Sigma cross function team to ensure continuity of supply; 7. Provide leadership, development and implementation of effective SQE structure/program at supplier manufacturing facility to support Sigma expectations.
Qualification: 1. College degree or above, excellent health, familiar with Office software. 2. 3+ years supplier quality control working experience in plastic products industry. Rich knowledge of quality controlling on knitted and woven fabric and accessories of plastic products. Familiar with relevant nation/international testing and inspection standards. Learn the process of plastic products. Be good at preparing CAPA. 3. Strong communication sills, organization skill and Jobs Plan abilities. 4. Good command of English in read and writing.
