Job Responsibilities;
- Overall Engineering Responsibility for all Rubber Keypad Tooling, Gauges and Fixtures in this organization
- Determine Tooling Cost, Feasibility, and Timing for Proposed Engineering Changes; Implement Tooling / Equipment / as Approved
- Represent the needs of customer such as such as setting quality objective, customer requirements and selection of special characteristics
- Leading APQP activities and cooperate with team member as necessary
- Development / Maintenance of Process Flow Charts, Failure Modes and Effect Analysis (FMEA 's), Control Plan, Mold Guides, Visual Aides and implement continuous improvement
- Perform Production Validation Testing and apply DOE and / or Poka-yoke Technique
- Obtain Production Part Approval and PSW for all Rubber Key Pad Components to Meet Established Program Milestones and Objectives
- Manage the time schedule of new product in overall inclusive plan and follow up of new product and Program Introduction
- Co-ordinate with among of concern section to make the program to run smoothly and achieve the Customer Requirement
- Quotation, Job Ordering, Amendment and any sale and cost related are inclusive.
-Co-operate and co-ordinate to customer regarding the Engineering, sale and concern information as much as possible in term of manufacturing capacity
- Report directory to Senior Project Engineer and / or any Job assignment from team.
- Manage quality complaint from customers. Ensuring containment, corrective, preventive and lesson learn are implemented in a specific time’s line according to AA procedure and/or customer’s specific requirements.
- Manage quality complaint from customers.
- To be a member of corrective and preventive action activities including handling of customer complaint.
- Responsible to take initial action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformities relating to quality system.
- Responsible of identifying, recording any problem related to the quality system and providing solutions through designated communication channels.
- Verify and implement the approved solutions/action plan.
- Control further processing, delivery of nonconforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.
- Coordinate with concern department (Product Engineer, Process Engineer, Production Supervisor, QC Supervisor) to answer complaint to customer. Ensure corrective/preventive actions are implemented.
