Job Responsibilities:
1. Monitor all the project on schedule.
2. Identify cutting& sewing potential risk and clean risk from CR/FPR to EP/FEP/SSD.
3. Pattern development include pattern optimization to reduce cost and easily operated in mass production.
4. Material development include material sourcing, color /quality evaluation & approval, in-coming material trouble shooting.
5.Sample development include test &aesthetic evaluation.
6.IE role, optimize cutting & sewing operation include sewing attachment to achieve better cost & quality in mass production.
7.Development & manufacturing trouble shooting.

Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in Fashion Technology/Engineering.

2. 3 years working experience in toys or garment manufacturing.

3. Good English in Writing & Reading.
3.良好的英语读写能力。
4. Good Computer Skill in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint), Corel Draw &Gerber System.
4.熟练使用微软办公软件（Word/Excel/PowerPoint）、Corel Draw和Gerber系统。
5. Good Communication/People Skill.
