Responsibilities: 61 Develops and implements strategic product and annual business and marketing plans targeting markets, industries, and customers. Identifies product line trends and technologies. Leads long range product planning. 61 Increases sales and market share of assigned product line in support of objectives. Tracks progress to plan for revenue, profit, and backlog. 61 Improves profit and return on investment of assigned product line. Undertakes and leads cost reduction, capacity planning, and quality improvement projects. 61 Reviews and approves special price requests, maintains price bands and price lists, and develops pricing strategies for new and existing products. 61 Manages new development activity associated with extending and growing the life of assigned product line. 61 Leads a team of multiple disciplines (Engineering, marketing, sales) and drive’s tactical execution, specific to project schedule performance through New Product Introduction (NPI) launch volume deployment, service and end of life strategy.
Qualifications: 61 Bachelor’s degree in business or technical area of study 61 2 to 3 years of product management/ business development experience within electronic market 61 Ability to travel domestically up to 15% of the time 61 Business fluent in English 61 Keen interpersonal skills, self-motivated and goal oriented 61 Organizational skills to anticipate, plan, prioritize and self-monitor workload 61 PC skills – word processing, spreadsheet, presentation software and SAP
