Job Requirement: ·Bachelor/Master degree in human resources, finance, math or equivalent. ·Minimum 5 years’ experience in C&B, ideally in multinational companies. ·Solid HR knowledge and skills on C&B, performance management, employee relationship. ·Expertise and good mindset in China labor laws and regulations. ·Strong skills of HRIS system and MS office, especially excel. ·Professional knowledge of taxation. ·Strong communication skills to people in different level, both in English and Mandarin. ·Logical thinking with strong analysis skills. ·Professional interpersonal and presentation skills. ·Details-orientated and good at time management. ·Good team player, proactive, positive and passionate.
