Job Responsibility:
61 Implement chemical processes & standards (Best Practices).
61 Trouble shooting on all production bonding challenges.
61 Ensure chemical process (of all critical products) is compliant to quality requirements.
61 Implement VOC reduction programs.
61 Drive and Execute any chemical projects and initiatives..
61 Training, knowledge share across the teams.

Qualification:
61 Minimum 5 years' progressive experience as Chemical Engineer
61 Minimum 5 years' experience with Athletic performance footwear engineering and manufacturing including chemical processes
61 Excellent knowledge in theories and laws of chemistry. Including Adhesive, polyurethane, plastics manufacturing, etc.
61 Strong knowledge in adhesive technologies and processes. Acquire up to date new manufacturing processes and technologies.
61 Good problem-solving skills thru detailed and methodical approach.
61 Strong project management knowledge and experience.
61 Strong communication and presentation skills.
61 Fluent in written/ spoken English.
