1、负责产品开发、报价及采购订单下达与到料跟进；
2、统筹系统数据，外贸采购相关信息供上司作策略性采购谈判；
3、报价、比价、议价及供应商报价合理性分析；
4、组织对物资市场讯息的收集与分析；
5、跟进相关原料库存状况，提供补货建议；
6、合同费用调整的计算、核对；
7、完成上司交办的其他工作
任职要求：
1.大专或以上学历，CET-4或以上，英语熟练者优先考虑；
2、2年或以上外资企业外贸采购经验；
3、熟悉供应商评估、考核；
4、具备良好的组织协调能力；良好的谈判、沟通能力；
5.具备英文听说读写能力

Key Responsibilities:
1.Daily support of operations, purchase order issuance, quote review and supplier cost analysis utilizing Onestop procurement process and related tools.
2.Support Israel managers by sourcing needed product and services to meet program timelines and deliverables.
3.Support centralized procurement and negotiate best in class savings to add value and efficiency to the organization,
4.Sourcing suppliers within the China region, tracking their performance, such as delivery timing and quality

Qualifications:
1.Minimum of 3-5 years functional buying experience in a trade business company or buy office or dropshipping
2.Suitable Job Experience combined with education will also be considered
3.Experience with managing a total portfolio between $3M - $5M
4.Capable of supplier negotiations with regards to contracts & services

5.Ability to understand value streams, cost drivers and how to break down supplier costs.
6.Results driven, self- starter, problem solver with proven ability to drive projects to a successful conclusion
7.Team oriented and excellent communication skills are essential
8.Flexibility to travel on short notice
9.Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft office products with an emphasis on Excel
10.Experience with and ERP systems and methodology
11.Familiarity with vendor / supplier management
12.Skilled at building rapport, developing relationships, understands business
13.Ability to manage multiple priorities / effective time management
14.Excellent ability to communicate and present at all levels of an organization
