We are seeking a high-energy, well organized individual as a Sales Project Manager. The primary responsibility will be to carry out Sales project development and ensure they are completed in a timely manner.

Responsibilities & Duties:
1) Manage Sales project from development to product sample and mass production to ensure schedules, cost, and quality are well controlled.

2) Initiate and drive quotation process. Prepare quotations and evaluate customer target price.
启动并推动报价流程。 准备报价并评估客户的目标价格。
3) Collaborate effectively with other departments to support the execution of projects, coordinate changes, obtain approval, and resolve customer inquiries within specific deadlines.
与其他部门有效协作以支持项目的执行，对更改进行协调，获得批准，并在特定期限内解决客户的问题。
4) Coordinate customer sample process, review sample and track delivery to customer. Make revisions when necessary to meet the customer’s requirements.

5) Manage customer related documents such as customer PO, specifications, manuals, provide status on orders to Sales and liaise with Finance department to ensure invoices are sent to customer on time.

6) Participate in the confirmation of Purchase Orders in ERP.

Requirements:
1) Bachelor’s Degree required with minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing. Project management experience required. Strong competence in Excel. Good understanding of costing and margin.

2) Fluency in Mandarin and English, excellent oral and written communication skills. CET-6 is must. TEM-8 is priority.

3) Attention to detail and an ability to manage workload and deadlines.
