工作职责ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. 为已分配的开发或是业务项目的范围编制文档。
Document scope of allocated development and/or business projects.
2. 确定执行指定项目所需的主要干系人和资源。
Identify key stakeholders and required resources to execute the assigned project(s).
3. 记录项目目标和预期结果。
Document project objectives and expected outcomes.
4. 开发和沟通项目计划，跟踪项目和相关的时间表。
Develop and communicate project plan, action item tracker, and associated timeline.
5. 当项目的时间表不能满足客户的需求时，与管理层、工程师合作创建解决方案，使客户能够保持跟踪并满足市场需求。
When a project timeline does not meet customer requirements work collaboratively with management and engineering to create solutions that enable customers to stay on track and meet market needs.
6. 建立启动项目和每周沟通会议（内部和客户）。
Establish project kick-off and weekly communication meetings (internal and customer facing).
7. 撰写批准资本支出申请文件。
Write approval of Capital Expenditure Request documents as needed.
8. 互动、领导和管理指定的项目核心团队和执行，协调团队成员的职能任务，并跟踪完全任务。
Interact, lead and manage assigned project core team and execution, coordinate team member functional tasks and follow actions through completion.
9. 准确跟踪支持项目里程碑的优先级和关键操作。
Accurate tracking of priority and key actions that support project milestones.
10. 密切监控关键行动，主动升级到管理层，消除项目障碍。
Closely monitor critical actions and escalate proactively to management for removal of project barriers.
11. 提前识别和沟通潜在问题，制定应急计划（风险评估）。
Identify and communicate potential problems in advance and establish contingency plans (risk assessments).
12. 及时解决项目问题。
Work to resolve project problems promptly and efficiently.
13. 根据新产品开发流程管理新产品开发阶段和产品导入流程。
Manage New Product Development phase and gate process per New Product Development procedure.
14. 维护与项目相关的文档，满足新产品开发流程的要求。
Maintain documents associated with the project in an organized manner, meeting the requirements of the New Product Development procedure as specified (complete and in the correct location).
15. 在规定时间内完成项目。
Complete projects within agreed timescales.
16. 验证生产准备评审的完整性，将项目移交给生产并总结项目的经验教训。
Verify completeness of Manufacturing Readiness Review, transfer the project to production, and perform lesson learn.
17. 遵守公司5S规定。
Comply with the company’s 5S regulations.
职位要求QUALIFICATIONS
1. 本科学历，工科类、经管类、商务英语类等相关专业。
Bachelor major in Engineering, Business Management, Business English, etc.
2. 具备项目管理知识-计划、组织、主导、监督， 有PMP证书优先考虑。
With knowledge of project management in project Planning, Organizing, Leading, and Monitoring.
PMP certificate is preferred.
3. 习惯于在多元文化环境下与全球的职能团队工作，与跨部门团队一起达到里程碑。
Willing to work with the global functional team in the multi-culture environment, and work with the cross-function team to meet milestones.
4. 良好的沟通能力, 积极主动的团队协作精神。
Good team communication skills, proactive and cooperative spirit.
5. 较好的理解客户规格书，合规，项目历史文件记录以及变更管理。
Good understanding of customer specification, compliance, project DHF as well as change management.
6. 会使用微软办公软件(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project等)制定全面的项目计划。
Effective use MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.) to develop a comprehensive project schedule.
7. 能够接受加班，偶尔需要在晚上或周末开会。
The ability to work variable extended hours may include meetings that can occur on evenings or weekends.
8. 具备基本的英语口头及书面沟通技巧。
Basic English communication skills in oral and written.
