1、Team Coordination: 1.1、Collaborate with local and international teams 1.2、Facilitate effective communication and coordination among project team members. 1.3、Provide technical guidance and support to local team members throughout the project lifecycle. 1.4、Coordinate with IT and operations teams to ensure compatibility and functionality. 2、System Testing: 2.1、Conduct system testing and validation to verify functionality and performance. 2.2、Address and resolve any technical issues that arise during the implementation phase. 3、Onsite Support: 3.1、Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance post-implementation. 3.2、Create comprehensive user manuals and documentation for system operation and maintenance. 4、Reporting and Documentation: 4.1、Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, issue log, meeting minutes, and technical records. 4.2、Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders (local team members and China team) on project status. 任职要求 1、Strong understanding of MES and AGV technologies, as well as system integration. 2、Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and adapt to local customs and practices. 3、1-2 years of experience in project engineering, with specific experience in MES and AGV systems. 4、Proven experience in managing large-scale projects from inception to completion. 5、Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project)
