岗位职责
1. Oversee and manage the Finance operations for Borry. Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions, including revenue, COGS, expenses, and inter-company transactions, in compliance with accounting standards.
2. Supervise local accounting teams and coordinate financial reporting activities across Luohu offices.
3. Prepare comprehensive financial reporting package and reported within deadlines
4. Accurately calculate product cost and drive standard cost implementation
5. Manage the Borry's budgeting and forecasting processes,
6. Provide detail cost analysis and variance analysis, all variances must be investigated and corrective actions taken where appropriate in conjunction with factory management team
7. Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and coordinate with external auditors during audits
8. Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy.
9. Liaise with Luohu's treasury team and manage banking relationships.
10. Utilize balanced sheet management techniques to optimize the company's financial position and resources.
11. Partner with operation teams to develop and implement finance strategy and support factory operation.
12. Independently handle and resolve finance matters
13. Coach up and provide guidance to team member to bring to high level.
14. Familiar with SAP or Oracle and support oracle implementation，Work Experience in foreign and private enterprises.


任职要求
1. Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or economics
2. 10+years Finance experience at least 3 years in similar job
3. Self-motivate on driving process improvement
4. Mature inter-personal skill
5. Familiar with IFRS or US GAAP
