Reporting directly to the Program Manager, you will ensure that our inspection, audits, and lab test programs consistently exceed our client’s expectations and maintain the highest standards of service quality.
Your main responsibilities will be (but not limited) to:
Work with a cross-functional team (Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Finance) to maintain long-term relationships with the assigned Key Accounts, making sure that client requirements have been accurately identified and that clients are delighted with the Quality Control Programs implemented;
Day-to-day communication with client’s key contacts and follow-up of activities;
Communicate the progress of key initiatives to internal and external stakeholders;
Prepare presentation material for internal and external audiences;
Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives;
Actively participate in team meetings and work collaboratively to resolve open issues;
Support pre-sales inquiries as well as clients’ meetings with our operations experts;
Identify client needs, draft quotations, and commercial proposals, and amend contracts.
Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
Implement62and monitor Key Performance Indicators to drive projects and ensure timely delivery with consistently reliable QC results;
Propose and set up solutions to enhance the value we create for our clients and our overall quality of service;
Qualifications:
Extensive professional experience of a minimum 3 years in quality control, production, or in a trading company;
Excellent communication skills, excellent written and spoken English skills;
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines;
Client-focused solutions experience, project management, and time management skills, ability to communicate client needs with staff, ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously, listening skills, presentation skills,
Good Microsoft Office skills
A degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or any related topic;
