Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to): 1. Manage lab testing performance: - Responsible for the day-to-day operation of Lab testing Departments (Chemical, Physical, Textile) - Oversee teams’ performance to reach departments target and guarantee high level of service to issue accurate reports on-time - Guarantee the conformity of the daily operations with the lab quality requirements 2. Manage and coach the team: - Act as a trainer and a coach for the department managers and supervisors to help their team grow - Guarantee through team recruitment and flexibility that adequate resources are allocated to match departments needs - Guarantee high level of team engagement 3. Manage the lab process improvements - Implement with department managers lean methodology for wastes elimination - Define with departments manager the process improvements and investments necessary to increase overall performance and service - Oversee the development and implementation of new tests methods in collaboration with departments manager and technical team Requirements 61 A Master’s Degree with technical background. 61 At least 5+ years of relevant experience(Consumer products) in lab. 61 Ability to connect with professionals at all levels within the organization. 61 A strong work ethic of discretion and professionalism. 61 A hands-on management style and leadership with excellent interpersonal skills. 61 Fluency in English.
