Key responsibilities 1.Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for the technology setup in China, ensuring that it meets its scope, time, and cost objectives 2.Develop and maintain a detailed project plan including all tasks, resources, and timeline 3. Collaborate and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors across China and other locations to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned 4.Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues with timely escalation to IT management. 5.Ensure quality control including project standards throughout the project lifecycle for all IT deliverables produced 6.Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and IT management 7.Plan and formulate the frontline field support team and the IT Operation Control Center team to deliver 24x7, 365 days IT operational excellence, ensuring seamless coordination and communication with various departments for uninterrupted daily operation 7.Establish and enforce strategic policies and procedures for incident and problem management, driving continuous improvement and support knowledge management across the IT support teams 7.Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance programs and strategic initiatives to enhance system reliability, performance, and service availability 7.Oversee the execution of robust backup and recovery plans, ensuring readiness and resilience during emergency or crisis situation 8.Manage relevant maintenance contracts and foster strategic partnership with maintenance contractors, ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to safety and operational standards Requirements 1.Bachelor's Degree Holder of Computer Science/Engineering/relevant discipline 2.Certification in IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v3 or above is preferred 3.Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in IT Operations Management, including a significant portion in leadership role 4.Experience in managing IT Operation Control Centre and IT Facilities Management, IT Services design particularly in mission-critical operational environment 5.Experience in managing operation control centre in large-scale, complex organizations, preferably within the logistics industry 6.Knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems operations, and network management 7.Holder of Mainland China driving license is preferred 8.Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership and communication skills 9.Stationing in Mainland China. Travel between Mainland China and Hong Kong is required 10.Good spoken and written English and Chinese. Excellent command of spoken Mandarin
