主要岗位职责：
1.Work with PM, PDM, tooling/fixture engineer, ME, EE from engineering side for new soft goods PD programs through the whole development phase and NPI phase.
2.Understand and meet client expectations and deliverables. Work with PDM/client to get the PRD requirement fully translated into clear and unambiguous requirements.
3.Be responsible for development from ID or concept. Provide 2D/BOM and process flow with support from ME/Fixture engineer.
4.Be responsible for NPI transition from design ready to MP ramp up and take a lead on manufacturing process solution. Provide DFM, FMEA, DOE, BOM, SOP, FC per customer requirement.
5.Be responsible for timely issue root cause analysis and resolution.
6.Production capacity assurance and continuous improvement and technical issue troubleshoot.
7.Driving innovations on product designs and production techniques, incl. material, constructions and production process, etc.

岗位要求：
1.Bachelor degree in mechanical, textile or similar.

2.Familiar with PU, leather, textile features and specifications
熟悉PU、皮革、纺织材料特性和规格
3. Experiences in soft CE accessories development and production introduction. Familiar with soft accessories production process heavily incorporated with machines/tools/fixtures/jigs for higher precision/accuracy control.
7年以上消费电子软附属产品开发和生产导入经验。熟悉电子配件生产流程工艺，熟悉精度要求高的机器、模治具的应用和开发。
4.Expert in using engineering software, like Autocad, Pro-e, etc.
精通工程软件，如Autocad，Pro-e等
5.Good at problem solving techniques, like DFM, FMEA, Cpk study and other statistics analysis tool.
熟悉问题分析和处理工具，如FMEA, Cpk分析及其他统计分析工具
6.Good English reading and writing
