Responsible for oporation management in whole warehouse, develop and improve rule and SOP in warehouse, ensure business running with efficiently and safely by coordinate the resoure, make sure the Inventory Cycle Counting Accuracy and good 5S. 负责仓库管理和运营，建立和健全仓库管理制度和标准流程，通过合理调配资源，保证仓库的工作得到安全有效的执行，现场有序，做账实一致.
【职位描述】 1） Ensure smooth and accurate daily operation at warehouse, including material preparation, goods receiving, stocking, packing, order dispatching, return & NC part handling, inventory control and warehouse equipment supervision; 确保仓库的日常操作有序而准确地进行，包括材料准备，收货，盘库，打包，发货，退件及不合格件的处理，库存控制和仓库设备的监管； 2） Optimize the warehouse operation process and flow to improve productivity; 优化仓库操作流程从而提高工作效率。 3） Monitor warehouse software to make sure day-to-day in/out and stock data accuracy; 监督仓库系统以确保日常进出和库存数据的准确性； 4） Responsible for monthly and yearly stock taking and abnormal stock analysis and solution 负责月度和年度盘点并进行非正常库存的分析,并制定改善措施； 5） Investigate warehouse-related customer complaints; 对与仓库相关的客户投诉进行调查和处理； 6） Supervise warehouse keepers and coordinate with other departments on daily affairs; 管理仓管员并与其他部门协调日常事务； 7） Team member training, improve capacity. 团队成员的培训，不断提升其业务能力； 8） Comply with 5S standard, safety and health regulations, by reinforcing daily execution; 遵守5S标准，安全和健康规定，加强日常执行力； 9） Other tasks assigned by line manager. 直线经理指派的其他工作。
【职位要求】 1） Bachelor degree with major in logistics, international trade or relevant is preferred; 本科以上学历，物流，国际贸易或相关专业首选； 2） Minimum 5 years’ Warehouse Supervisor working experience, at least 3 years in warehouse management in multi-international company is preferred 至少5年仓库主管工作经验，至少3年在外资企业担任仓库管理岗位的经验者优先 3） Good knowledge in warehouse operation, flow design and 5S 对仓库操作，流程设计和5S都有深入的了解 4） Experience in ERP system. Experience in Microsoft 365 is a plus 具备ERP系统的操作经验，如果有Microsoft365的使用经验更佳 5） Could read English, no need to speak English. 可以阅读英语文件即可，口语不需要 6） Problem-solving, self-motivated and hands-on working attitude, to strive for operational excellence； 具备解决问题的能力，主观能动性和积极的工作态度，致力于卓越运营和管理 7） Good communication skill and team player 良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神 8） Forklift certificate is a plus 持有叉车证者优先考虑
