Responsibilities: - 负责分公司的人员管理、团队建设、日常运营,以及资产管理 Be responsible for personnel management, team building, daily operation and asset management of the branch - 根据南京总部的预算及分配制定分公司计划并报总公司批准According to the distribution of Nanjing headquarters’ budget to make branch plan and report to Nanjing headquarters for approval - 完成总公司制定的分公司销售业绩指标,并对应收账款负责 Complete the sales performance targets set by the head office, and be responsible for accounts receivable - 带领销售团队积极主动的寻找市场机会和订单 Lead the sales team actively looking for market opportunities and order - 重要客户的跟进及合同管理,开发新的客户 Follow up key account and contract management, develop new customers - 完成公司指定的其他任务 Complete other tasks from Nanjing headquarters Requirements: - 工科(木材加工或机械)本科及以上学历 Bachelor's degree or above in engineering (wood processing or machinery) - 有三年以上木材加工或机械行业销售管理经验优先 More than 3 years sales management experience in wood processing or machinery industry is preferred - 熟练操作办公软件 Good at Microsoft office software - 团队合作精神,优秀的沟通技能、谈判技巧、协调技巧,较强的抗压能力 Team spirit, strong communication skills (strong negotiation skills), coordination skills, good ability to withstand pressure - 能适应出差 Meet the requirement of business trip.
