Key Job Responsibilities
1.Head up the communication & coordination between development team & production team
2.Follow up with different function teams to manage and ensure all trial run (PVT) & mass production related aspercts are in place and on time
3.Lead program readiness from a 4M readiness standpoint:
Machines，Tools, jigs & fixtures，Materials / Risk buy，Line & space，Workers，Approval sample & limit sample status，Quality control plan & test plan are in place，Ramp up plan & yield target
4.Drive readiness & execution of trial run (PVT)
5.Overall schedule ownership & follow up

Job Qualifications：
1.6 years or above PMC / Supply Chain / PM experience with CE, CE accessories, carry cases, softgoods, plastic
2.college graduate / English level 6, able to communicate in English & Chinese
3.Strong manufacturing background
4.good cross-functional communiation skills
5.good problem-solving & risk management skills
6.detail minded, confident, data driven
7.able to work under pressure
