Key responsibilities:
61 Act as the Project Manager (PM) to manage the implementation programme of IT projects
61 Act as project leader for the system setup, design principle, system maintenance and support provisioning. Smoothen system deployment, testing and rollout of individual release to optimally reduce the overall turnaround time
61 Manage key stakeholders (including Logistics Partners, Programme Steering Committee etc) and multiple vendors for system integration to ensure the business requirement is business and technically feasible and ensure smooth system integration with other systems with good performance
61 Manage the overall system design and consistency to ensure the programme is under control to meet the scope and project schedule
61 Review the security design of the system and multiple system interfaces to ensure compliance to the IT Information Security Policy
61 Plan and manage overall programme, site preparation, UAT, bug fix and acceptance activities
61 Work closely with user departments and external business users to define IT projects and roadmap. Manage and monitor the vendors' performance for carrying out the project works
61 Act as Technical Lead of the support team to provide ongoing support and maintenance services. Work with the Command Centre for daily incident resolution and problem management of the production IT systems
Requirements:
61 University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related disciplines
61 Knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) or Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred
61 At least 6 years of working experience in IT project management and application development, cargo industry / aviation logistics / pier operations is preferable
61 Excellent communication, project and vendor management skills
61 Experience in overall project management, incident and problem handling, and stakeholder engagement
61 Experience in platform or web application deployment in Mainland China, mobile app development and testing is preferable
61 Good knowledge of cloud base products and solutions in Mainland China
61 Good knowledge of implementing systems to comply with Mainland China regulations and the corresponding application process
61 Working experience in the implementation of systems on premises and China Cloud, along with construction works is an advantage
61 Working experience in the warehouse management system, automation solutions, integration of systems across boundary is an advantage
61 Stationing in Mainland China. Travel between Mainland China and Hong Kong is required
61 Able to work under pressure
61 Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Excellent command of spoken Mandarin
