Your Job
Work independently to develop and optimize assigned automation project. Continuously improve production manufacturing technology. Troubleshoot and solve equipment issues with regards to ongoing production as well as with new product introductions.

What You Will Do
61 Work independently for automation equipment design & manufacturing & qualification.
61 Come out the feasibility report for the Semi-auto & automation project.
61 Conduct automation equipment proposal & design.
61 Upgrade or modify nonstandard automation equipment & tooling, evaluate the settings and conditions of equipment & tooling after being modified or upgraded.
61 Support manufacturing operations to dramatically improve the quality and efficiency.
61 Edit the document for machine.
61 Maintain a base knowledge of key technologies.
61 Share technologies and best practices throughout the company.
61 Support new product development through automation production line in NPI process.
61 Identify & convince the opportunity of new automation project.
61 Need to have a trip to Molex Singapore, Mexico, US etc. for some project.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
61 BS, major in mechanical or related.
61 More than 8 years experience in large manufacturing plant or professional equipment company, with minimum 6 years working experience in automatic design, experience in automation environments.
61 Be proficient with no-standard mechanical equipment.
61 Proficient in 3D software of UG or Solidwork.
61 Communication skills & team work.
61 Pro-active; Positive; Confident.
61 CET-4/6,English writing and reading skill,English speaking would be preferred.
